Our Texas Two Steps order also comes with two or four 5 ounce pouches one or two pouches of each flavor which also makes one or four pounds of meatloaf. Just mix one pouch of Texas Holdem with 1 pound of ground beef and mix one pouch of Texas Two Steps with a separate 1 pound of ground beef then combine both the 2 one pound of ground beef together well to get our Texas Two Steps Meatloaf! We HIGHLY recommend using 90/10, 85/15, 8O/20 Ground Beef or 80/20 Ground Chuck. The before and latter mentioned grinds can be combined with Ground Pork and lamb. * This product may not work in some higher fat grinds of meat as in 73/27 for example or leaner grinds without binders.
