Just mix 1 pouch per pound of ground beef! Perfect for those who only want to make a one pound meatloaf instead of a two! Our Texas Two Steps order also comes with two or four 5 ounce pouches one or two pouches of each flavor which also makes one or four pounds of meatloaf. Just mix one pouch of Texas Holdem with 1 pound of ground beef and mix one pouch of Texas Two Steps with a separate 1 pound of ground beef then combine both the 2 one pound of ground beef together well to get our Texas Two Steps Meatloaf! We HIGHLY recommend using 9/10 or 85/15 Ground Beef. The before mentioned grinds can be combined with Ground Pork and lamb. We do NOT recommend Ground Chuck, Sirloin, Round or 80/20 as these grinds may be to dry or to greasy for the use of these products.
